Shipping Policy
At YOOPETS, we’re committed to delivering your pet’s favorite products quickly and safely.
Shipping Days:
We ship orders Monday through Saturday.
Same-Day Dispatch:
To qualify for same-day dispatch, your order must be placed before 1:00 PM (local time).
Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be shipped on the next business day.
Delivery Times:
•     Main cities: 2 to 3 business days
•     Other locations: 4 to 7 business days
